Forgiveness
Today, I call on the powers of forgiveness,
the hope that heals & wipes away resentment,
I am ready to forgive & heal old wounds.
I forgive you for the past, making way for
friendship & I forgive all who have hurt me
in the past, deliberately or by accident. I am ready
to forgive myself for errors I’ve made & things I have
done in the past that I regret. Healing replaces
resentment, peace replaces anger as forgiveness grows
inside me and my heart lightens. Filling me with a sense of
wellbeing & acceptance, I embrace forgiveness,
the great healer of hearts.
A Buddhist Prayer of Forgiveness
“If I have harmed anyone in any way either
knowingly or unknowingly
through my own confusions ~ I ask their forgiveness.
If anyone has harmed me in any way either
knowingly or unknowingly
through their own confusions ~ I forgive them.
And if there is a situation I am not yet ready to forgive
I forgive myself for that.
For all the ways that I harm myself, negate, doubt, belittle
or judge myself
through my own confusions ~ I forgive myself”
Health
I call upon health to fill me now,
in every muscle, every bone,
every organ,
in every cell, every molecule of my body,
my body is moving toward healthy balance,
in every thought, every action,
every choice,
I am supporting my body, mind & spirit in health,
living today and everyday with active awareness
that health is a radiant, bright gift,
to be treasured
Healing Blessing
Bless this day with healing, bless it
with radiant
sun energy and fill each cell of the body,
bringing a flood of healthy energy
to all the body,
banishing illness & disease,
as healing grows.
May the abundant powers of health
flourish within,
each day, may they expand & grow stronger,
bringing the gifts of vitality,
strength & wellbeing,
Blessings flow now with ample
energy & happiness.
Protection
I ask the Divine to remove all negative entities,
from my body, aura, soul, and cord,
and also from my home, my workplace, my car, my places of recreation,
and everything in them and miles and miles around them.
I ask the Divine to locate and bring back my lost soul parts
and cleanse, heal and integrate them with the main body of my soul.
I ask the Divine to fill me and shield me with brilliant Divine Light.
I visualize a column of dazzling, shimmering, vibrant Divine Light
coming from above my head filling my whole body,
cleansing and healing every part, every cell, and every organ of my body.
I visualize this Divine Light spreading an arm’s length all around me in every
direction creating a cocoon of Divine Light all around me.
I ask the Divine to stay on guard around me and my surroundings
as long as my soul exists.
I pray for protection of my family, friends and
community and their surroundings.
I ask the Divine to cleanse, heal, balance all my energy centers when needed
and cover up and protect them when not needed.
A Prayer for Protection from Negative Entities
“O Beloved Father, Mother, Great Spirit send your protective energies of light and love around me at once.
“Erect a shield of love and light around me that is invincible, all powerful, and unable to be penetrated by any negative or evil force.
“Keep me completely protected from all things that are not of the Light or of the Divine.
“Keep me immune from the energy of all negative, evil, or hostile beings.
“Banish at once any negative entity before me!”
